NEW DIVISIONAL LEADERS: Majors Alan and Alison Burns will be the new Divisional Leaders of the Anglia Division with effect from the 4th August 2005. They will be following the present leaders, Lieut-Colonels Howard and Patricia Grottick who will be entering into retirement. TSUNAMI APPEAL COLLECTION Thank you to everyone who gave so generously in the collection for The Salvation Army’s work in the Tsunami Disaster. The chuch has been able to send a donation of £1,020.85 to help those whose have been affected by the tragedy. NEW BROWNIE PACK We are delighted to welcome a new Brownie pack that is starting up this month in Histon as they will be meeting here in our church. The leader is Frances New and the Brownies will be meeting on Wednesdays from 6pm to 7:15pm. If you would like further details, please contact Frances New (tel: 233126). MINIBUS TRANSPORT TO SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP From the 20th February, there will be minibus transport available for anyone who would like to attend our Sunday morning worship. This is part of the vision of the donor, who has given a very generous donation to the church to provide free transport to Sunday worship to anyone who is not otherwise able to attend. Our grateful thanks are expressed to Robert Carmichael and Jean Lowings who will be doing the driving and passenger escort duties respectively. If you would like to come on the minibus to our Sunday morning worship, please let the Captains know. PRAYER REQUESTS Please remember the family of Jean Parker, who sadly passed away on 28th January. Please continue to remember Gladys Johnson and John Mosley who have not been able to worship with us for a while due to not being well.
