EMERGENCY CONTINGENCY PLAN
Many of you will be aware of the Salvations Army’s involvement in emergency situations such as the gas explosion at Coltishall and also the flooding at Boscastle this summer. All Salvation Army churches and centres have been asked to draw up a contingency plan should an emergency situation of a similar kind happen in its local area.

Here at Histon, we are looking for volunteers to who would be willing to help in the event of an emergency. Volunteers would be needed in making and serving cups of tea/refreshments, talking to people and also anyone who has a tow bar on their car and would be willing to return the Emergency Mobile Unit back to its base in North Walsham.
Please speak to Captain Louise if you would be willing to be put on the list of volunteers if an emergency situation was ever to arise
